Ben Henderson already was becoming a regular on Rear Naked Choke Radio on JoeTed.com already, but now his appearances carry more weight.  Ben claimed the WEC’s interim lightweight belt by upsetting Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone in a tremendous five-round fight, and he was back to tell Joe Rizzo, Ted Takvorian and all of RNC Nation all about his inspiring performance.  Did you know Ben was so dehydrated he collapsed in the locker room after the fight?  He also suffered an eye injury and gave the latest details about it.

Wes Sims has not been talked about too much through the first four episodes of The Ultimate Fighter’s season 10, but that is sure to change.  Wes talks to Joe and Ted about what has transpired thus far on TUF 10 and what we might expect in the future on the show.  Wes said everyone should be keeping out a keen eye for him and Zak Jensen this week, and that Zak might want to go into hiding after the airing.

Molly Helsel is the embodiment and soul of women’s MMA.  She trains in relative anonymity, fights in small shows against difficult opponents, struggles to pay the bills and has been doing it for years.  After a long layoff, she had the first of two fights in consecutive weeks and joined Joe and Ted for Part 2 of the three-part live interview series called Life of a Female Fighter.  Check out Part 1 if you have not heard it.
