Wren choked out Sims in the first round.  Like Demico Rogers the previous week, Sims was left in the cage by himself as neither Zak nor any of his Team Rampage mates went in to support him after the defeat, which was the fifth in as many matches for the beleaguered team on TUF 10.

Earlier in the episode, Sims created a stir when he accused Jensen of leaving “a family of Jensens” in the shower.  Our man Zak began to take the taunts that have been foreshadowed by himself and Sims, who was a guest on Monday’s show.  Hear Zak’s take on things now that his apparent “secret” is out of the bag.
