Molly is the embodiment and soul of women’s MMA.  She trains in relative anonymity, fights in small shows against difficult opponents, struggles to pay the bills and has been doing it for years.  After a long layoff, she had the first of two fights in consecutive weeks and joined Joe and Ted for Part 3 of the three-part live interview series called Life of a Female Fighter. Check out Part 1 and Part 2 if you have not heard it.

Benji has been a friend of RNC Radio for years.  Not only is he a professional MMA fighter for Strikeforce, but he also is a fitness expert for LA Boxing.  In this exciting role, he is exposed to different aspects of training, health and competition.  Become a fan of LA Boxing on Facebook and look for Benji to solicit questions that will be answered weekly on RNC Radio on JoeTed.com!

Shayna is a top female fighter with Strikeforce.  She has a knack for in-depth analysis of both the men’s and women’s games, and helped Joe and Ted review UFC 104.  Shayna provided a thoughtful and potentially effective suggestion for disciplining fighters that miss weight.  Her critical acclaim of the Gina Carano-Cris Cyborg fight on RNC Radio remains one of the most-listened-to shows ever on JoeTed.com.  If you missed it, catch it HERE.

Tara is a mainstay of the show, taking her share of turns co-hosting.  She also was a champion at the USA Grappling World Team Trials, but her road to triumph was significantly different from Shayna’s.  In case you’re not familiar with here, Tara happens to be the top-ranked pound-for-pound fighter in the eyes of many experts.  She is back in MMA action Nov. 20 in Philadelphia and will join Joe and Ted for a full segment on Monday, Nov. 2.
