Roy “Big Country” Nelson officially became the first man to make the semifinals of The Ultimate Fighter 10.

Nelson scored a majority decision over Justin Wrenn on the latest episode, which aired Wednesday night.

The remaining semifinals matches, in order, are Brendan Schaub against Jon Madsen, James McSweeney versus Matt Mitrione, and Marcus Jones against Darrill Schoonover.

Wren began the early part of the fight with a flurry of punches, but Nelson grabbed underhooks and drove him back into the fence.  For the remainder of the round, the pair remained standing.

Nelson continually measured Wren and took some shots, but as the round moved forward was avoiding more and more while landing his own.  It turned out one judge had the round for Wren, while the other two gave it to Nelson.
