The Ultimate Fighter 10 competitor Zak Jensen joins host and Examiner.com MMA writer Joe Rizzo on Rear Naked Choke Radio every Thursday for a special recap of each episode.
Our busy week on JoeTed.com continues Friday from Philadelphia, when Joe and Ted go LIVE cageside before the Locked in the Cage 1 event, headlined by Tara LaRosa’s fight with Valerie Coolbaugh.

Joe did a full written recap of the episode on the Examiner. Here is a taste:
Dr. Steve Sanders (perhaps the character from the original Beverly Hills 90210?) said the condition of the knee was similar to walking on pebbles without a shoe, because there was nothing left to protect bones from rubbing together. With fluid built up inside, it was increasing the already heightened sensitivity.
Stay on the lookout for unique TUF 10 shows as the season plays out. Joe is on every Thursday with Zak in addition to our regular Monday shows from LA Boxing in Paramus, NJ.
