Brad Blackburn and Jay Silva met up with Examiner.com MMA writer Joe Rizzo and Hector Castro of the Ground and Pound the night before their respective fights at UFC Fight Night 20 in Fairfax, Va.

Just hours after weigh-ins, Brad was making the final preparations for his fight on Spike TV with Amir Sadollah. Jay’s opponent was Chris Leben.
A special thanks goes to Strikeforce’s Benji Radach, whose hotel room served as a makeshift studio.
Joe and Hector made the drive from North Jersey and met up with Brad, Jay, Benji, Cheick Kongo, John Gunderson and others, checking out the WEC 46 fights after the show.
