Rear Naked Choke Radio urges you to make any possible donation to help the relief effort in the aftermath of the Haitian earthquake.  With an assist from the New York Daily News, here is a brief list of vetted and safe ways to contribute and avoid fraud:

The average MMA fan can make a difference.  One suggestion is donating the money you would spend on your next pay-per-view purchase.  If you gather together with friends for the UFC events and each individual contributes funds into the pot to cover the cost, take that share and donate it.  If you watch it at a bar, sacrifice one night’s beer-and-wing money.
