Below you will find every single podcast the Rear Naked Choke has done since the show started back in June, 2007. It's all here -- from the days when the guys (Joe and Ted) just talked about...well anything, to sitting down and talking to MMA greats like Randy Couture, Renzo Gracie, Matt Lindland, Carlos Newton and just about all the fighters in the IFL like Benji Radach, Bart Palazewski, Brad Blackburn, Chris Horodecki, Rory Markham, Vladimir Matyushenko and a host of others.
Roy "Big Country" Nelson, the IFL's heavywieght champion, talked about all things MMA with Joe & Ted. Roy is not just dynamic inside the ring, but outside he knows the sport from the political and business end about as well as anyone. The champ gave his thoughts on the IFL structure, the team concept versus the camps idea, and many other things. Bad Brad Blackburn came on and broke the news about his next fight, which will be April 4 at the Meadowlands in NJ. Bad Brad will be fighting Delson Heleno, with the winner likely to get a title shot for the IFL welterweight belt against Jay Hieron. Jay will be fighting on the same card against Mark Miller in his initial defense of the belt. Bad Brad, who has co-hosted The RNC, was his usual comedic self. This is a MUST LISTEN!

Sean Faris from the movie "Never Back Down" did not back down when Riz & The Kitch welcomed him to The Rear Naked Choke, live ringside from the IFL season-opening event at The Orleans in Las Vegas! Sean talked about the movie and his MMA training with Joe (a.k.a. "Riz")and James "the Kitch" Kitcher, subbing for Ted, who could not make the trip. Ken Shamrock sat down with the guys and dished about his upcoming fight in London, the on-again-off-again fight with his brother, Frank Shamrock (Ken said he would fight him for free right now!). Elisabeth Nuesser, the owner of Fightchix (www.fightchix.com) got it started. Fans of The Rear Naked Choke can get a 15% discount on their orders if they email info@fightchix.com and just ask! Gary Grate, who trains Ken's guys in Brazilian jiu jitsu in Reno, talked about how Charles Gracie influenced him to get into that realm and gave his assessments of the MMA world. It was a great show and an excellent way to cap off Vegas for the only show that breaks down the IFL - The Rear Naked Choke! JUMP ON THE TRAIN! ---pass it down---

Geno the driver joins Riz & Kitch, because everyone else blew us off!!! Geno talks about Vegas, the world of MMA and, of course, The Notebook!!!

It's The Rear Naked Choke, Featuring Riz & Kitch for this episode. Kitch joins Joe, a.k.a. Riz, for a show as the guys descend upon Vegas a couple of days before the IFL's season opener. They go over the news of the day and the fighter and coach sightings, plus they reveal the latest on Xtreme Couture, Team Tompkins and the relationship with the IFL. Later in the show, Kitch talks about CrossFit workout regimen. JUMP ON THE TRAIN! ---pass it down---

Pat Healy and Ian Loveland joined Joe & Ted before their respective IFL fights on Feb. 29 at the Orleans in Las Vegas. Pat is a twin, and he is fighting another twin in Jake Ellenberger in the welterweight class (170 pounds). Find out which famous twins Pat compares he and his brother, Ryan, to! Ian is fighting his mentor and former coach, Dennis Davis, in the featherweight matchup (145 pounds). Not one for the Vegas nightlife, find out from Ian what a steelhead is (and head what Joe & Ted thought). JUMP ON THE TRAIN! ---pass it down---

Jake Ellenberger got a new nickname and Lew Polley gave out his pre-fight cullinary plans when the pair joined Joe & Ted on The Rear Naked Choke. Jake is preparing in Omaha to fight Pat Healy in the welterweight battle Feb. 29 in Las Vegas. Joe has predicted this will be fight of the night. Lew is gaining a lot of experience and will be taking on Alexandre Ferreira the same night at the Orleans in the 205-pound class. Both men have very strong wrestling backgrounds, which turned into a bit of a theme for this show. Jake has a twin brother, while Lew has an affection for Pedialyte and sushi. Betcha didn't know THAT! JUMP ON THE TRAIN! ---pass it on---

Back to the IFL on Monday night, the guests on The Rear Naked Choke will be Ryan McGivern and Dennis "The Piranha" Davis, both of whom will be fighting on the IFL's Feb. 29th card at the Orleans in Las Vegas. See how the IFL bills our show and others'. Ryan, who competes for Miletich Fighting Systems (MFS), has been thrust into the middleweight title bout against Matt "Suave" Horwich because our friend, American hero Tim Kennedy, has been called to duty for the U.S. Army. Tim is an Army Ranger. We wish him safety and are thankful he and others in the military and their families make the sacrifice to keep peace. Ryan's last fight was a stunningly dominant knockout of Fabio Leopoldo at the IFL Team Finals in Florida back in September. Although he is taking this title fight on four weeks' notice, Ryan is known as perhaps the top-conditioned athlete of the rugged Miletich camp. We're not talking about the best person at your local gym here, we're talking about the top conditioned guy at the factory. He's always in fighting shape. Dennis is fighting at featherweight against Ian Loveland. While this fight is listed as a preliminary bout, those in the know realize it is shaping up to be one of the most exciting matchups on the loaded card.

Blowing off the State of the Union address, Joe & Ted instead dive into the world of MMA and the IFL! Shad Lierly will be fighting April 4 for the IFL featherweight title against Wagnney Fabiano and joins the guys. Matt "Suave" Horwich will be defending his IFL middleweight title against Tim Kennedy. The unique Horwich made a positive choice by being on The RNC!

Mario Sperry joined Joe & Ted to talk about his camp joining the IFL on this special Tuesday night edition of The Rear Naked Choke! Mario's is one of the new camps joining the league this season. Listen to hear how he ended up becoming a part of the IFL. Mario also dished about the commish - hear him recap his rolling sessions with Kurt Otto! And, of course, Joe & Ted have their usual banter back and forth. JUMP ON THE TRAIN!!! ---pass it on---

Newly crowned IFL heavyweight champion Roy "Big Country" Nelson and middleweight contender Tim Kennedy join Joe & Ted! Big Country knocked out Antoine Jaoude on Dec. 29 at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut to take the heavyweight belt. Roy was the first guest after the show was re-Christened as The Rear Naked Choke, and he also joined Joe & Ted in person on the show a couple of nights before his title fight. He will take on Fabiano Scherner, fighting in front of the hometown fans in Las Vegas on Feb. 29. Tim also fought at Mohegan Sun and pounded out a quick win over local favorite Elias Rivera. He will battle Matt Horwich with the middleweight belt at stake on the Leap Day Vegas card. This will mark Tim's second appearance on The Rear Naked Choke. Did we mention Tim is an American hero who is an Army Ranger but somehow does double-duty as an MMA ass-kicker? Visit our mySpace page or go to www.joeted.com to listen to the show. We encourage live participation, and you can catch the live stream while interacting with other listeners and fans, so check it out. If you're going to be on the road (or at the mall, or at dinner), you can listen by phone. Or you can download any show at any time. Drop us a note on mySpace or through email at TheRNC@joeted.com! JUMP ON THE TRAIN! --pass it down--

When there is the best IFL action, Joe & Ted are on-site bringing it to you! Randy Couture, Carlos Newton & Kurt Otto LIVE from the IFL World GP Finals! Carlos started the show for the boys and help them kick off the predictions. Next up was Kurt - IFL Commission and Co-Founder. Kurt's been somewhat of a regular on the show, and reviewed each fight with Joe and Ted. In the grand finale was Randy ... uh, that's Mr. Couture to you. Do you know what his plan's are for the new year? No? Well then, you better listen to the show 'cause Randy told Joe & Ted what's in store! It was a busy year for Joe & Ted as they ended it with interviews that struck at the heart of the IFL. The show also marks the one-year anniversary of The Rear Naked Choke. We started off with the name "The RON Show" and changed it after we found our calling of being the only podcast to broadcast LIVE from IFL events. If you want to hear what it was like at the arena, then listen in.

IFL ring announcer Tim Hughes co-hosted with Joe & Ted the night before the World Grand Prix Finals! She knows the fighters and their lives inside out. When the brutes of the IFL have an issue, Shannon is where they turn! Did we mention she's a genius and an ass-kicker, not to mention an announcer, all rolled up into an attractive package?! Drew's first time with Joe & Ted was before the show was renamed, so he can claim this to be his first appearance on The Rear Naked Choke if he likes. Although the IFL is team-based, Drew has what is usually titled the "matchmaker" role in other promotions. When it comes to the World Grand Prix and the preliminary fights, he always has his hands full with the high attrition rate. JUMP ON THE TRAIN!

Elias Rivera, who will fight Tim Kennedy Dec. 29 before the IFL World Gran Prix Finals, joins Joe & Ted. And then IFL PR guru Jerry Milani stopped by!!! Elias is a Cinderalla story. Dan was supposed to be fighting Rory Markham on Dec. 29 at Mohegan Sun, but broke a bone in his face in his last fight and will not be able to compete. Dan looked like he was decaptiating David Phillips in his Aug. 2 match as a member of Renzo Gracie's Pitbulls in the IFL team semifinals. It was one of the sickest choke-outs you will ever see. He talks about it in detail with the guys. You HAVE to see this on YouTube, because you will not believe it.

Waggney Fabiano (live from Brazil!) and LC Davis join Joe & Ted! Waggney and LC are the featherweight finalists for the IFL World Grand Prix. Waggney joined the guys on the phone from Brazil, while LC was outside the Miletich Fighting Systems headquarters in Iowa!

Bas Rutten - a.k.a. "El Guapo" - joins Joe & Ted reminiscing about the show! Joe & Ted were looking back at the history and genesis of the show, and "El Guapo" was around to make a surprise showing! Hear Bas talk about turn signals and freedom of speech in perhaps the best segment in the history of the show!!!

Shad Lierly, who will be fighting Chris Horodecki in a rematch of the Fight of the Year for the lightweight belt IFL World Grand Prix finals Dec. 29 at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Conn., joined Joe & Ted. Just hours after Shad was on The RNC, the fight with Horodecki went from rumor to reality!!! Joe & Ted were all over this one! Tim Kennedy, who will be fighting one of the preliminary bouts before the IFL World Grand Prix finals, kicked off the show. Elisabeth Nuesser, the founder of the awesomely hot FightChix clothing line, came on to talk about, well, chix and fightin', and FightChix!!! Joe & Ted are back from Chicago, where the guests, including Randy Couture, were coming fast and furious! Benji kicked off the event by showing off his amazing striking skills. He took time away from a family function to join Joe & Ted, who caught him eating pizza and birthday cake! It shows what kind of guy Benji is! He will take on Matt Horwich for the 185-pound belt Dec. 29 at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Conn., and talked extensively about that fight.

Randy Couture, Renzo Gracie, Carlos Newton & others joined Joe & Ted live from ringside at the IFL World Grand Prix semifinals at the Sears Centre in Hoffman Estates, IL, just outside of Chicago. That is not a misprint. THE NATURAL sat down with Joe & Ted, saying he did not know what the future would bring with regard to the IFL and his possible involvement. Renzo was his usual informative and electric self, quoting Socrates and giving his assessments of nearly everything in MMA -and outside of it, too! Carlos joined the show for the second straight day and gave his predictions on some fights. He also proclaimed himself a Toronto Maple Leafs fan. For the first time, IFL co-founder Gareb Shamus sat in. Gareb talked about where the IFL has come from and the key business components to making it a success to this point and in the future. IFL ring announcer Tim Hughes helped get things started. Later, SoCal Condors coach Marco Ruas sat in, and so did the IFL's first employee, fighter liaison Shannon Knapp.

Joe & Brad Blackburn (co-hosting for Ted) bring it with Reese Andy (listen to him do Ted's part of the intro!), Carlos Newton, John Gunderson and Jay Hieron! This show was done at the Marriott in Hoffman Estates, IL, the night before the IFL World Grand Prix semifinals. Reese talked about the injuries that kept the undefeated heavyweight from competing, then gave way to Carlos, who did not realize his handicap of the Fabiano-Gunderson fight would create a stir later in the show. When Guns heard Joe and Brad tell him what Carlos had just said through the same headset only minutes before, he was irked and gave his response. Jay joined the fray minutes later and could not get over the fact that Brad was co-hosting. He and Guns stayed on through the end of the show!

Matt Horwich and Antoine Jaoude sat down with Joe two days before their respective IFL World Grand Prix semifinals in Chicago. Matt is a unique person. He carries his bible with him, held it during the interview and quoted appropriate scripture on the air. Despite his religious dedication, he whips ass in the ring. Antoine actually turned the interview on Joe in the early part. But Antoine later talked about growing up in Brazil and war-torn Lebanon, his mastery of many languages, his Olympic wrestling experience, and his long-time association with Marco Ruas. Do not forget to tune in because you never know what big names will be stopping by!
