For his birthday, or really any day, Ted would like to be in the company of a scantily clad Lindsay Lohan, or perhaps a ring girl or some naked Olympic swimmer…

But let’s face it.

That’s not happening.

The best we can do for him, the best you can do for him, is to send Ted a email for his birthday.

Martin Rooney, author of the red-hot book “Training for Warriors” and Zac “The Red Devil” George of Team Quest covered everything on Monday with Joe & Ted on The Rear Naked Choke.

Martin runs Parisi Speed Schools and is a best-selling author with his book “Training for Warriors” - but he also is a family man. He has recently trained NFL draftees Chris Long, Ray Rice and others.

A long-time friend of Renzo Gracie, Martin is heavily involved with Renzo’s camp and its entry in the IFL. Stay tuned to the end to hear about how serendipity played a huge part in bringing him from the US Bobsled team to MMA! Talk about a series of events…

Zac is fighting at Mohegan Sun on May 16 against Josh Souder (The RNC was first with the matchup) in a lightweight (155-pound) match.

The Red Devil went to Oklahoma, but he did not wrestle there. Hear about what he did as a Sooner before heading to Team Quest.

Zac also gave a lesson in ManBearPig to the clueless hosts and promised to pass along good wishes from Joe to Ian “The Barn Owl” Loveland. Joe and Ian were supposed to have a beer or two or seven after the Feb. 29 IFL event, but it did not happen.
