Roy “Big Country” Nelson has been a regular guest on Rear Naked Choke Radio on JoeTed.com since 2007, when he was raising his profile by becoming the one – and only – IFL heavyweight champion. While Roy has moved through other promotions and gained more notice with The Ultimate Fighter, he remains one of the show’s great friends.
