Well into the middle of the night after the IFL had completed its event, there was another competition just across the Meadowlands. And JoeTed.com was there! Breaking into video a little differently than expected, check out the video clip below of CrossFit legend AllisonNYC doing pullups to try and win a bet. You might also see some other familiar faces from The RNC!

On April 7, we returned to the regular schedule with a look back at the recent IFL event:

“Bad” Brad Blackburn joined The RNC to talk about his amazing comeback knockout of Delson Heleno, the potential for an IFL welterweight title fight and his Behind the Scenes with Joe & Ted video. Brad also digs the first-ever video produced on JoeTed.com and gave some of the background to its making!

Starting off the show was James “The Kitch” Kitcher, who runs JoeTed.com and sometimes a co-host and contributor, not to mention a CrossFitter and personal trainer. The Kitch recently was hanging in Sacramento with Matt “Suave” Horwich and Urijah “The California Kid” Faber, and gave the update on how it all shook down. The Kitch also riffed about the star of the JoeTed video (it’s just below), CrossFit AllisonNYC!
